The section provides some additional key things you may need to know or different services you may need to access, because of the presence of a rare disorder in your family.

Carer's Booklet - updated in September 2016 this offers practical help for people supporting family or friends who are older and need assistance, or who have a health condition,  a disability, an injury or mental health, alcohol and drug issues.
