Providing information and support to patients and their families is one of the main strategic aims of NZORD. We intend to survey the people who use our enquiries line every two months to ensure we continue this high standard of service.
In future surveys, we will also request feedback about the types of information and support that are most valuable to the rare disorder community in New Zealand, helping to clarify our wider work plan.
